I utilize modalities that are trauma-informed and evidence-based such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also find great value in attachment theory and models surrounding attachments and attunement to self and others.
In my spare time, I enjoy practicing yoga, meditation, listening to musicals, and creating art.
